  • Delivery times vary based on the shipping method selected and the delivery location. Estimated delivery times are as follows:

    • International Shipping: 7-14 business days (depending on the destination).

4. International Shipping

  • We do offer international shipping to selected countries. All applicable duties, taxes, and customs fees for international shipments are the responsibility of the customer and are not included in the purchase price or shipping charges.
  • Customs regulations may impact the time it takes for your order to reach you, and PaneraiFusion is not responsible for any delays caused by customs processes.

5. Delivery Issues

  • If your package is lost or damaged in transit, please contact our customer service team immediately. We will work with the carrier to resolve the issue. We may require you to provide additional information to file a claim.
  • If the wrong address was provided and the package is undeliverable, the customer is responsible for any additional charges incurred for re-shipment.

7. Shipping Restrictions

  • We currently do not ship to P.O. Boxes or APO/FPO addresses.
