At PaneraiFusion, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you are not happy with your timepiece, our refund and returns policy ensures a smooth and fair process. Please read the following terms for returning or requesting a refund for your purchase.

Returns

  • You may return your item within 30 days from the date of purchase for a full refund or exchange.
  • All items must be in their original condition, unworn, and with all original packaging, including any tags, labels, and accessories.
  • Watches that have been customized, resized, or altered in any way are non-returnable.

Refunds

  • Refunds will be processed to the original form of payment once we receive and inspect the returned item.
  • Please allow up to 7-10 business days for the refund to appear on your account after the return is approved.
  • Shipping fees are non-refundable, and the customer is responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to a defect or error on our part.

Exchanges

  • We offer exchanges for defective or damaged items. If you received a faulty product, please contact us immediately, and we will arrange for a replacement at no extra cost to you.

How to Return an Item

  2. Provide your order number and details about the item you wish to return.
  3. Once your return request is approved, we will send you a return shipping label.
  4. Pack the item securely and ship it back to us.

Damaged or Defective Items

  • If your item is damaged or defective upon receipt, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order. We will cover the shipping costs for returns and send a replacement if available.

Non-Returnable Items

  • Customized or personalized items.
  • Items purchased during a sale or promotional event (unless stated otherwise).
